Bad customer care by MTN

Hellopeter I loaded R120 air time ony mtn number, when I checked my balance right after loading, it was R50. I called customer care ( mind you, same thing happened last year December, and I was refunded). I spoke to the agent, explained everything, I was told I have subscribitions, of I know 100%, I have never subscribed to anything, hince Why I was refunded the 1st time this happened. I spoke to the supervisor, he was very rude, rushed me off, and acted as if my line is bad, than hung up. Luckily I can prove this, I recorded the call.
