Bad Customer care and Service

<p>MTN customer care is just the worst spoke to a lady By the Name of Nobuhle Ntuli, was extremely Rude and even dropped the call on me refused to escalate the call and very condescending and she dropped the call in me.... with out any assistance</p> <p> </p> <p>I lost my R30 Airtime I just recharged now... i need someone to call me ********** 181.. i dont have any content services subscription</p>
