Bad Custer service from MTN complaints de6

Realy the MTN complaints department is pathetic.You send them a complaint and it takes forever to get a response. Complained about thati was unable to purchase a sms bundle by using my bank and mtn app. Today was the first time that i recieved a response. Decided not to respond to their mail because its a hopeless case to get the problem resolved.
