Bad coverage, No service

I have really bad reception in the area where I live, meaning almost no calls can go in or out on my cellphone. Now there is almost R7000 worth of airtime on my phone which will expire end of June. I have tried to call but due to the strikes I received no answer there, I have also send various emails to customer care and the coverage department, and received no answer back. <br> All this has happened over a time of 2 months and is not acceptable at all!! R7000 is a lot of money to lose because MTN can't get back to me and sort the problem.
