bad costumer service and *****ing

On the 1st Jan 22, i wanted to buy 30min all network, but on my phone pop up massage saying i can buy 80min for R12, i follow the screen i brought 80min for 1 day. but sad thing is that I only used 17min due to bad network recipients from MTN was not work from 18:30 till i sleep around 11pm waiting for network but no luck. the following day around 6am i called mtn care line. phone worked. i spoke to so call service champions, but they where rude n said to to me sorry boet ur minutes expired at 0:00. how can i buy 80 min on 1st day of the year n seat with them, i wanted to check friends n family. i wanted compensation for those 80min from mtn, instead they told me there nothing they can do.
