bad contract handling and communication

I am so dissapointed with the service of their call centre agents and worse lack of commiting to their customers complains and follow up with complains. I have 80g of data contract with them thank God its coming to an end,i get subscriptions that i didnt approve of and using their app its useless because you dnt see any subscriptions they over bill you with. worse their call agents are a nightmare,been made to hold the line for ertenity untilll i cut off the line. So who ever things to sign a contract with mtn beetter have 100 hearts because one will defenetely fail and die in this crushed economy we find our selves in.
