Bad Consultant

I called MTN today I wanted to check if I can take my home router to a different location. Without checking or anything Nomveliso Nabo just told me I cam not allowed to travel with my home router. Mind you she didn't even request my details. Then when she hears I am angry that whene she ask for my ID number.
