BAD CONNECTION AND UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I'm extremely disappointed with the network coverage and home router service provided by MTN. Despite promises of reliable and fast internet, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

The home router provided by MTN consistently fails to deliver decent speeds, with frequent disconnections and speeds often less than 2 Mbps. I've conducted numerous speed tests, and the results are consistently poor.

To make matters worse, when I've tried to cancel my contract, MTN has been uncooperative and unwilling to assist. It's clear that they're more interested in retaining customers than providing satisfactory service.

As a result of MTN's subpar service, I'm forced to cancel not only my internet contract but also my cell phone contract and insurance, which I paid for in cash. This is unacceptable, and I hope that others will take heed of my experience before committing to MTN.
