Bad company

I was contacted by Mtn BuyMondo. App**** for a celphone contract which was approved. Delivery was supposed to be between 3 and 10 working days. Last week i phone to find out abou my application. Now i was told it was not successful. They can go and listen to the recordings . The lady i spoke to confirm my applocation was approved. I want my phone. I have sent emails but i get no reply.
