Bad client service sandton

On the 23rd of September 2021 i went to your sandton branch to close off my contracts and paid an amount of R23000 which i was told to pay upfront as i cannot close off the account but to pay in advance instead but to my surprise my contract is deducting after your consultant in sandton said its going to close and will not deduct from my account but from the amount paid I cannot be paying for something i was told that this contract is done
