Bad Client service - parcel not received

I signed up for wifi package and asked MTN to courier the router to Durban. The parcel is still not delivered 8 days later. The MTN manager at the branch ( Tygervalley) doesnt want to give us the tracking number, she only says she sends emails to follow up. Eventually we called DSV and tracked by ID only to find the parcel is coming back to Cpt. Its been 8 days and each an every time we have to call. The same manager tells us its not their fault its DSV's fault forgetting that MTN is accountable. I as a customer have no relations with DSV, my relationship is with MTN and MTN should follow up and provide me with full information. The client service is so bad, the manager is not accountable, no information at least to help myself and track my own parcel.
