Bad Client Service

I have a contract with mtn for more than 15 yrs now im struggling to do an upgrade cause apparently im on the old system im been sent from post to pillar with their *********** service champion went to the store several times and no one can give me a clear indication on when my number will be migrated to the new system made several calls but still can’t be assisted!!!!
