BAD CLIENT SERVICE ASSISTANT!

I don't understand how does one arrange payments and get told their information provided from you is incorrect , I called an AGENT NOW AT 3.15AM and she's rude. I don't get my debit orders on type and I'm blamed for the payments now the bills keeps increasing. where am I going to get the money as a student ?
