Bad Client Service

A 1 star is not even deserving.

Bought a 1GiG weekly bundle yesterday. Received the receipt via email since the transaction was done through their app. Called over 4 times to be assisted with the matter and still my query isn’t resolved. Apparently they can’t pick up anything on their side although I sent them the proof of payment. And they say they the bozza network. Totally inconvenienced. Perhaps it’s time to cancel my contract.
