Bad client service

I have been requesting an update on my profile, Bureau Update BA***. Worst part is I paid the outstanding amount and it was not allocated on time. I had to keep phoning requesting the payment to be allocated then they flagged me on bureau. I was happy with MTN but my contract ended on a very bad note. I am not using your services again
