Since the beginning of August I struggle with the Customer Service dept of MTN. The keep on sending me sms's that say my account is overdue. I speak to the following people: Ntsako Muboka, Agnes, Thabeka, Zama, Sandille and send my proof of payment for August to three different people as proof that I did pay. On the 23 of September I made a payment at the MTN store in Wonderboom Junction. Today I receive a message again that say that my account is over due. I phone a gain today. The lady that assist me was very rude. She didn't listen to what I am trying to explain. At the end of the conversation I ask her if I can give her one of the ref number that I received previously ( ********** 10 & 1/ ********** 3584). That is only when she start helping me, because she can see that I was not lying. I don't know how many times they want me to phone. No one come back to me. I keep on sending emails and speak to the consultants but no luck. I don't even receive a sms to say that it is resolved I feel to change my contract to another provider. I always pay more that my account. I need this to be resolved as quick as possible. Every time they suspend my phone and it is not even my fault. Regards, Madelein Swart
