bad cant rica my contract SIM

Tbis is unacceptable please help my order for my 3rd line wws delivered yesterday dsv only took my id copy tey said its because im a existing customer the call center helped me with activation but kow the sim is not ricaed and dsv says mtn must rica it yet no.one can help.and I don't know what to.do.to rica my contract SIM please help as I need tbis sim to work as soon as possible please help with correct information on how this contract sim be ricaed should I go to a store wil they rica it or what must i do because i am working form home so I need this data sim to.work you guys are not treating me good as a customer
