Bad Call Conversation
Firstly I was met with having to deal with a BORED Thandeka Ndlovu...and as a result her attitude left me no choice but to rather seek assistance in this form. I'd like to understand if my contract with MTN has been canceled as I have requested. I've paid up the contract yet I still find reports on channels like "clear score" that I have an active account and still have a balance of about +/-R1800.00 so can someone with manners call me and advise what's happening?
