BAD CALL CENTER SERVICE FROM SESETHU BOKOTO

There's a lady called Sesethu Bokoto at one of your call centers who was rude and unprofessional to me earlier today. She allowed me to speak in sesotho and state my problems, then later played music in my ear without assisting me. I ended up hangingup due to not being assisted. I understand everyone has their bad days but working with clients requires someone who can brighten up their day not make them furious.

Please deal with her.
