Bad business practice by MTN
I upgraded my MTN contract and decided to take a router, now it's 3 months down the line and I am still waiting for MTN to deliver my router. They always promise to assist but they never fulfil their promises. I am faithfully paying every month for the router I don't have. If feel cheated by MTN.

07 Aug 2018, 01:33Good day, I want my router to be delivered and not to cancel the contract. If you cancel it, I'm afraid I will never upgrade it again, I will even stop using my MTN prepaid numbers.
