Bad Business practice and Service

Mtn has changed my contract agreement with themselves without my permission. They kept cutting my service because they have changed the date of payment for my contract to the 17th of the month...... I upgraded this contract in 2019 and kept the date of payment the same as my salary date. I have complained about this numerous times and escalated the query with no resolve.
