Bad business practice
<p>Was employed by MTN PTY LTD as call center agent and was outsourced to other company 01 October 2016 which I had contract phone that was discounted to me for 24 months and I was supposed to pay until end of next year August 2017 and on the other hand I was saving money for 13th cheque after 01 October 01-2016 they went and took my 13th cheuqe and payed up my contract without consulting with me,i had saved this money with intentions of using this money for my child school fees,just wanted to understand tha a big company like this could display horrible services like this</p>
