Bad business practice

I really think laws must be put in place to protect customers against cell phone companies. If time to upgrade phone contracts 10+ people phone you daily.... But if your data contract expires no one phone... you only see they charge you out of contract prices if amount go of your bank... So now they keep you hostage upgrade or paid R1600 for your R250 contract.very clever recharge your data on 12th month charges you on end of month. Seem like mtn feel untouchable because won case USA VS mtn is paying talbin case.
