Bad branches

Mtn has failed me when it comes to their sim swap device which is supposed to be a free service but at Mtn Jabulani Mall and Gandhi Square branch I was told to perform a simswap prepaid cost R100 but when I went to The sandton branch it was for free…This is unacceptable and very unfair
