Bad billing
The beginning of the year me and my wife went and got a wifi contract at mtn<br> <br> the manager that helped us informed us that there is 30 gig worth of free data for the first month.<br> <br> when we asked another girl that works at mtn from when te 30 gig is available she said immediately. <br> <br> at the end of the month when the debit order went of it was R350 more than the contract stated.<br> <br> after asking what the problem was I was informed that I got pro rata data for the first two days. so yes if you want to feel like you are a child in your mothers house where you may only watch half an hour of TV each day go to your friendly cellular service provider MTN.<br> <br> please can some one respond and help me don't know what to do and all I get is we are very sorry but sorry does not give back my money. and did I mention there is an cap on the contract<br> <br>
