Bad bad very bad client service

I have made a payment for car licensing in beginning December and i was told 2 months ago that they are not able to assist me because of a hold on my account and they will refund me. Ever since then i have not been refunded each time I contact MTNMOMO they say it will reflect in 7 days. Good people of SOUTH AFRICA just refrain from paying for anything uyising the app
