Bad, Bad Service Provider

My husband has a contract with MTN for more than 20 years. As from Tuesday, his phone is unable to work as he has been "Rica blocked". He went to the local MTN shop in Bethlehem in the Free State and took all his Rica documentation. They did the Rica and his phone was unblocked for a couple of hours and then again blocked. He phone the MTN customer care line and spoke to a guy who confirmed that the account was Rica Blocked again and could not explain why this happened. On Wednesday he again went to the MTN shop and the whole process was done. Just to have his phone blocked again on Thursday morning and again the whole process had to be done again. Now it is Friday and again his phone is blocked. This is unacceptable. MTN has the worse after-sale service any provider can give.
