BAD, BAD SERVICE FROM MTN - NEW CONTRACT AND CAN'T EVEN USE IT

I have had SUCH BAD SERVICE from MTN

what on earth is it rocket science to get a flippen sim card and contract from you guys???? I have gone into the store they said they can't assist I have to wait for the MTN sim card to be delviered, then the delivery company CSV couriers, send a driver that phones me three times in 1 second phone calls from a private number that I cannot return his call and does not pitch at my house? Then when I do finally get the sim card insert it then it's not RICA"d

Oh my word and I gave my proof of residence to the driver and it's not RICA'd????

I have bought a contract and I cannot use it????

I have RICA the SIM CARD WITH THE DRIVER THAT DELIVERED IT

WHY IS IT RICA BARRED AS A NEW CONTRACT? IS THIS *****??
