Bad bad service from mtn

Who ever decides to go with mtn please think twice.

The service is non existing. We have been to two different stores to get a sim swap sorted. We called the customer care twice now and still the number is suspended.

They give the worst service ever. And are not friendly in the stores at all. It is as if you are not a paying client.
