Bad bad service for loyal custemors

MTN.Just want to say MTN has the worst service ever. Got turn down for the second day in a row for the black friday deal. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years with them and apparently I am on there old system and their for I can't get any black friday deals. stock is geting finish and looks like I am going to another service proveder . So how is that for being a loyal customer for over 20 years .
