Bad bad service

I have been delaying this review for so long but it has now reached a point where I cannot anymore,so by now I should have learnt my lesson with mtn as it's not the first time I took out a contract where they advertise one thing but then you get another thing,anyways I took out a contract which is called 5g package but supposedly you get 20 g day and 20 g night ,yeah right ,mtn please advertise with transparency in the future please I'm sure you are governed as is every other cell network operator.To cut a long story short I noticed that my day time balance was depleting very quickly I also noticed that despite me using the night time data it wasn't depleting as fast which led me to suspect that the night time usage was coming off the day time balance,ive queried them for the most part of the two years I've had the contract with no results,put in another query 4 months ago and still NADA,further more my usage amount to be billed on the billing date is more than what usually is billed,mtn,step up and sort this out.
