BAD BAD SERVICE

Yooooooh I'm so exhausted drained writing this, cos there's nothing that is annoying like paying for the service that doesn't exist, we requested a settlement then settled, a year later 1st Oct 2023 we app**** for /home router wifi then it was approve we used it for a month then they soft locked it and said nothing, we called the 135 the agent not paying attention to the call, they transfer you the whole day, they talking to their friends and end up dropping the calls, We then went to the Branch same story they cannot assist we need two call 135 that Is not working, now we stuck with the router that is not working and no one can assist...but we do receive statements.
