Bad bad service

Service is bad. I have never missed a payment and when i queried why i could not upgrade i was told that a debit order from october 2020 was not showing. That i must send proof. I have been a customer for 24 years and never missed a payment including the one for october 2020. It is a debit order. Why wait so long to tell me only after i have called. No one has called me back to say everything is ok. SHOCKING SERVICE.
