Bad bad service. Bunch of ****s

What is going on with mtn? Your service is poor very very poor. I have been complaining about my data for straight 7 months now with no help from your people. I dnt get my monthly data provision as per contract. I have tried every communication you can think of. I even went to Richards bay branch at inkwazi mall they told me they can't help since I took the contract via phone call. Imagine? but my money is good you are still you are debiting my account. I have tried every thing I call every day and all I get is "we'll escalate" please cancel the contract if you can't full fill your end deal. I want my 20G anytime data as per contract. Since may I'm getting 5G refund me my money please
