Bad bad service

I upgraded online. I told them my ID is wrong on their system and address has changed. I emailed through all the documents. This morning I had to go to town to get my new phone. The courier couldnt give it to me because my ID is NOT the same as on the system. How many times do I have to send the ID to be changed???????????
