Bad bad service and excuses

We are in Vaalwater and it is now the second day in a row that your system is down. Who will pay my fees for driving to another town daily to work , who will worry if someone dies because they can’t call. This is ongoing- sort this out or I will get the whole town to sign a petition and MTN will pay for damages to finances and losses and I think close my account with no penalties to move to Vodacom
