Bad bad service. Absolutely shocking!!!!

Biggest mistake of my life!!!! After countless warnings being told not to port to MTN i took a chance I didn’t know id live to regret. This compony’s employees know nothing about customer service at all, you’re on your own. I have had contract with them for 2 years and it’s been nothing but terrible, network issues to billing errors, now I have to make an insurance claim I’m being sent from pillar to post and no one is giving me direct information, no one cares yet thier too quick to debit off my account. Absolute ******* service
