BAD BAD SERVICE

I’m writing this email on behalf of my aunt and uncle both pensioners . They had a contact with Autopage and apparently MTN took over all their customers. My aunt was never informed about this and kept on paying the money into the Autopage account .My uncles phone was suspended and when my aunt phoned to phone and ask what was going on the were informed that MTN took over Autopage . My aunt told them she paid the money owed to Autopage every month and MTN told her they want the proof and they will get the money. My aunt mailed the proof of payments 13 times from the 25th October with no response.

I took my aunt and uncle to the MTN branch in Centurion Mall to try and sort this out. I asked the consultant how was the clients informed that MTN took over Autopage? He told me via SMS I mean this is against the law a client must be informed by letter??????!!!!!!The took everything made copies and the consultant said he saw the money was paid .He spoke to Phundi and said they will escalate the matter and the phone will be switched on.

My aunt phoned MTN on Tuesday to ask what is going on and the just said this matter was given over to legal.

1 ) My uncle and aunt are pensioners (70 years + )

2 ) The account was paid every month with Autopage were never informed MTN took over .

3 ) Up to date since MTN took over my aunt never received an invoice or banking details for the payment , the consultant just wrote the bank details on a piece of paper and said use your number as reference.

4 ) How pathetic to hand over this account to legal if she gave them the proof of payment via email 13 TIMES and we went in and gave it at the MTN store as well and the email address where it was send to was confirmed as correct.

5 ) How long will this matter take to be sorted out? It’s your stuff up for not contacting them and informing them about the changes and why did no one contact them via phone after two months that payments didn’t show.

FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
