Bad bad service

<p>number oe i'm a high end cunstomer at MTN, um an iphone user, when i got my new iphone 7 plus 32 gig, in the first day i had the phone it had a software issue i went back to the store only to find out that they dont have internet i mean hello this is MTN greenstone um talking about, but Dimitri out of a good herat he help connect with his phone meaning he did a hotspot connection that used 6 gigs of his data , </p> <p> </p> <p>today my phoned did the same thing again, i went to the store again not happy but i wasnt helped because of the lack of internet at the store ,i told them i need a need phone and i didnt get what i wanted, they told me if i want my phone fixed i must take it to the erepare centre myself at my own cost, oh well i said no i asked them to make a plan for me to get a loan but they a offered a small nokia phone not smart phone to be more specific and then i said i wont use that phone the n the manager offerd a sony i said i needed an iphone so i can have all my contacts ans apps for 2 weeks i mean gone are those days when we just using a phone for call only. like i run my entire busines on my phone, i need a loan phone that will do the same since i have to for so long, i mean you can give porch drive a polo i mena really. i need a iphone loan phone and internet at store level. i mean mtn wont spend a lot on this.you have towers allready, `internet at store levels and good loans phone,</p> <p> </p> <p>in all this i say DIMITRI IS THE BEST EMPLYOYEE MTN HAS .</p>
