BAd bad service
<p>I paid off my account that was in arreas and thus taken to the lawyers. i have called mtb on 15 several occassiona afterwards and i even apoke to several supervisors who spoke **** , gave ne the wrong information and offered to contact me back which is yet to happen. I was also told there was an emai that was sent to legal and i would be copied on the email which also did not happen. Whe. I go the mtn shops they also refuse to.assist and refer me to legal who have bo contact number .i want my line to be opened and upgrade if not possible then i would want to close the contract as its past its 24 hour stage and currently on a month to month</p> <p> </p> <p>Please get back to me on my email as i want everything in writing so i need to proceed legally i could also jave proof of communication.</p>
