Bad Bad Nonsense service. ****** MTN

My contract ended in April I have been calling them every day they keep me on hold when I'm transferred to the cancelation department. In essence no one is assisting me. When they pick up the call I'm always in the wrong department. They can't assist me. They have billed me for May for a contract I don't want anymore I have tried going to branches they are as useless and the call center. I will never take any contract with them. We don't renew contracts bcos of affordability. So you must be stuck with them.. I am canceling all other contacts bcos they are full of nonsense not after being loyal for over 2 decades.. I have other 3 contracts but woooow I'm done with them
