Bad bad network in Eastern Cape

MTN what is going on in the Eastern Cape?! Surrounding areas of Mthatha do not have network for weeks now? A person could die because of no network. It is really concerning that you dont care so much to let this go on for weeks, months. At least update people on the problem and when you expect to resolve it!!
