BAD BAD MTN SERVICE DO NOT USE THEM

Good day.

I have never been this upset with any service provider in my life. I have been struggling with 2 of my contract lines since December 2021. MTN did not allocate any of my payments to my account. I have been sending them e-mails every day with no responds. I gave them proof of all the payments and this have till today not been sorted out. I will not upgrade on my phones from the as thy do not have any customer service and are rude and ***********. I will advise anyone never to use them
