Bad bad MTN

Good morning im so disappointed in the way MTN is dealing with a contract i took out in July 2021.The contact and the device i received was 2 different things ive returned it in july 2021 now im receiving bills and threats for credit bureau.Ive not used the product but they are not cancelling the contact
