Bad bad experience

Hi all

My name is Buyi Eunice Mchunu I had a contract with Mtn I have paid fully but they taking my money in the bank. I tried calling and sending them emails but still my contract hasn’t been cancelled, this weekend they took like R1359 in my account which I now have to go and reverse this is so unacceptable can you please assist please.
