Bad bad bad very bad network... THE WORST EVER

This is the worst network I have ever used...

Problem 1... For several years now we reported the bad signal problem on the farm, we signed petitions we gave numbers of people using mtn here and all they say is the signal tower is out, they are busy fixing the problem... But still nothing...

Problem 2... They deduct any amount on your account that they want to... Their statements that they email monthly doesn't even want to open. They tell you to use the app, when you use the app there are no statements available only the amount that they will deduct...??

Problem 3... I have recharged my data on my number, but I still cant use my data..?? I have 500mb data left that i still can use but, mtn keep telling me that I have to recharge my account...

What on earth is wrong with these people ..?

So when something happen to me and I need to make a call mtn service is up to ****, so who will then be blamed if something bad happens to me or my family...?
