Bad bad bad service mtn near Checkers

MTN next to checkers is the worst store you could ever visit….you go there and the consultants are standing at the door we are being served by only 2 consultants!!!!! I was charged 150 for contract sim swap only to find out later that it is 115… you guys make MTN as a whole look very bad who would even want to continue there contract with them like seriously????? We went there to ask for the phone we wanna buy cash and the lady said it rudely she does not have the phone we had to threaten to report her at head office for her to check for us at other stores the worst customer service ever!!!
