BAD, BAD, BAD service, ***** and ******* activities/actions!

BAD, BAD, BAD service, ***** and ******* activities/actions! They have wrongfully and ******* blacklist me at credit bureau. When I called them they admitted their ******* actions and promises to remove my name from the blacklisting and to send me letters of cancelation and Apology, but till this day, I haven't received any thing and I'm still blacklist... I wanted to buy my family a house I can't because of their ******* actions. Every day when I call they tell me they escalated the matter but nothing happens.. This is a matter from September 2020..
