Bad bad bad service from MTN.

Mtn you must please close your call centre.My local agent in Upington was holding on for TWO hours to speak to somebody in connection with a credit check. If this is the way you handle your agents,how are you treating your customers. I've been a client of yours since 1997,but this is the worse i've ever seen a company treat a client. My local agent tried her best to help me,but she was let down big time by you. I will gladly take my number to your opposition if this is the kind of treatment that i am gonna receive from you.
