Bad bad bad MTN Service
A very poor assistance on this network. We have done a upgrade. We are already being billed for this upgrade and has yet not received the device. We have received no calls for confirmation of the upgrade, no text or email. Seems they are also now turning into a bunch of *******.

01 Oct 2020, 11:46Fast to take my money for the new upgrade. But after 2 weeks we have still not received the device. After holding the line for 20 minutes, I am none the wiser. It seems they want to *****. So now i am going to do the same. No devices, no payments. Still no feedback.
